Pastel Drawing Workshop

Overview

A still life of a breakfast scene will be set out and participants will be able to draw from observation using dry pastels. During the session artist Alison Day will be on hand to offer expert advice on drawing and colour mixing. All individual styles and interpretations are welcome. At the end of the workshop participants are encouraged to show their work to the group. This is not obligatory but is a great chance for us all to learn from each other!

It is recommended to wear a mask for this session if you have asthma as dry pastels create dust when used.

Winter Welcome Workshops are completely free to attend and run on Mondays from 12:30 to 3 PM.

No need to book, but you can let us know you're coming by emailing administration@sydenhamarts.co.uk or text 07983 701 291.
